Drew Estate Java cigars are coffee-infused delicious treats for the cigar smoker who enjoys flavors and who really can’t get enough of that sweet, sweet java.
For years, Drew Estate has led the way in producing a special kind of flavored cigar. While others may use syrup dips or other additives to create their flavors, Drew Estate has become masters of flavor infusion. While the exact process used to create Drew Estate Java cigars isn’t known, the concept is that the tobacco is put into an infusion room with essential oils, herbs, and other aromatics. This method has been used to make the Drew Estate ACID line famous, and we wouldn’t be at all surprised if it was used here.
The entire line has been described as a collaboration between Drew Estate and Rocky Patel. We’re not sure exactly who does what, but we do know that the flavors are fantastic. Drew Estate Java cigars actually come in a few varieties. Each one generally features a core of Nicaraguan tobacco with a Brazilian Maduro wrapper leaf (with the exception of the Latte, which uses an Ecuador Connecticut wrapper to produce a creamier, more mellow flavor profile).
Here’s the list of Drew Estate Java cigar flavors:
Mint (minty coffee)
Latte (sweet, creamy coffee)
Maduro (mocha coffee)
Red (cherry coffee)
For the most part, these are fun, flavorful cigars that use a core of coffee flavor and then give it a twist for each variation. No matter which tastes appeal to you, you must be a fan of hot java or this one’s not for you.

Покров двуцветный, хотя есть витола с тем же названием целиком в светлом покрове (есть и целиком в темном с названием maduro).
Аромат покрова сильнейший – холодный коктейль из кофе, шоколада и молока. Вкус безумно сладкий в той же гамме, разве что с примесью ирисок.
После раскуривания вкус дыма невозможно почувствовать из-за ошарашивающего вкуса покрова. Как я не пытался слизать и выплюнуть эту сладость – не удалось. Поэтому первая половина курения прошла под флагом покрова.
Во второй половине слега поутих вкус покрова, к тому же появилась невероятная крепость, доносящая и вкус мешки – типичный для Rocky Patel. Докурить сигару удалось с трудом и из-за сумасшедшей крепости, и из-за надоевшей вусмерть сладости.
