Доброго времени суток, сегодня распишем как убрать розовые ERROR текстуры в Garry’s Mod. Garry’s Mod представляет собой своеобразную песочницу где игрок может управлять объектами, поиграться с физикой, за реализацию игрового пространства отвечает движок Source. Изначально мод разрабатывался для всесторонней демонстрации мощных в свое время возможностей движка. В ноябре 2006 Garry’s Mod перестал быть отдельной модификацией и стал полноценной игрой, которая предлагается в Стиме.
Для работы и запуска Гаррис мода (от 10й до 13й версии включительно) необходимо было установить еще игру на движке «Сорс», «Counter-Strike: Source», «Portal» или «Half-Life 2». В 13й версии Garry’s Mod изначально включает в себя Half-Life 2.
При запуске «Гарика» игроки часто видят черно розовые текстуры, как их еще называют эмо текстуры.

Counter-Strike: Source контент — это контент для Garry’s mod для корректной и комфортной работы игры.
Он добавляет множество текстур, моделей и является обязательным для некоторых аддонов и карт.
Самый яркий пример: «для чего нужен CSS?«, является множество RP режимов (DarkRP), которые используют CSS контент практически везде. Без него всё будет в чёрно-фиолетовых текстурах.
Для начала скачаем сам файл CSS.

- Для начала откройте корневую папку игры.
- Откройте папку garrysmod.
- Далее откройте папку addons.
- Затем откройте скаченный файл и перенесите папку css_content в папку addons.

This guide will tell you a free and legal way to get the Counter-Strike: Source textures directly from Valve!

I’m going to keep this short. The method I am going to show you is provided free, directly from Valve, and from what I understand is totally legal. That means there should be nothing to worry about by getting the content this way. This way only works on Windows because of some of the programs you will be using.
You can install GCFScape like any other program. Throw SteamCMD into a folder named «steamcmd» for now. You can place it anywhere but the Desktop is probably the easiest spot. You can delete both prgrams when you are through with this guide.
The way we get the CS:S content is by downloading a CS:S dedicated server, which is 100% free. To do this run steamcmd.exe and wait for it to launch, then type this series of commands.
You should start seeing that it is downloading something. Also, the steamcmd folder you made should be filled with junk.
Once it is done downloading go inside of your steamcmd folder and then navigate to «\common\Counter-Strike Source Dedicated Server\cstrike».
In there you should see a file named «cstrike_pak_dir.vpk». Open this file with GCFScape.
Leave GCFScape open as you navigate to your Garry’s Mod addons folder. Your Gmod addons folder should be somewhere like «C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/GarrysMod/garrysmod/addons/». Create a folder in there named «css_content».
Now from GCFScape highlight the maps, materials, models, particles, resource, and sound folders. Then right-click and click «extract». Find the css_content folder in the browser window and press ok.
Congrats! You’re done, Now enjoy your textures.
Disclaimer: Although realistically there is nothing wrong with what you are doing I still want to say that I am not responsible for anything that may (probably not) happen by following this guide.
Besides, Counter-Strike: Source is a great game and having it set up with Garry’s Mod legitimately is the easiest way to get the textures.

I just bought CSS (Counter Strike Source), how do i get the textures, models and weapons and everything into Gmod for multiplayer? Do i just copy everything over manually (if so how or link tutorial). Or is it supposed to just show up in addons cause it currently says i dont have any addons at all.
The only things i found through searching is people wanting CSS textures for free, but i already own the game (specifically so i wouldnt have to deal with this technical crap) so please someone tell me i just want to play Gmod again without all these damn errors.

Okay, to put CSS stuff into Garrys Mod all you have to do is launch the game and click the little controller icon in the bottom half of the screen, then make sure the «Counter Strike» box is ticked.
If you are still seeing errors, it can be caused by not having another game that is required for the specific model/texture (F/E Half-Life 2: Episode 2 is usually required to eliminate most besides CSS), or by not having the specific item downloaded from the workshop or somewhere like it.
